Filing a Claim

We understand the complexities of dealing with medical expenses after an illness or injury from your trip. That’s why MissionSafe has a dedicated staff to assist in the claim process, as well as the option to file a claim online.

Here is what you will need to get started:
  • Documents stating the initial date of treatment while on your trip
  • You will also need to mail in or provide digital copies of your hospital bills, invoices, and receipts
  • Medical ID card

  1. Complete Privacy Form
  2. Complete International Claim Form
  3. Include all original itemized bills, statements, receipts and invoices for services and supplies
  4. Email all documents to service@missionsafe.com

Self-Service

  1. Create a personal account through the International Medical Group MyIMG portal here.

Seven Corners (U.S. Domestic Group Plan)

We Service

  1. Complete privacy form
  2. Complete Domestic Claim Form
  3. Include all original itemized bills, statements, receipts and invoices for services and supplies
  4. Email all documents to service@missionsafe.com

Self-Service

  1. Download claim form and submit documents on the Seven Corners claim page.

Zurich (U.S. Domestic Local Plan)

  1. Complete privacy form
  2. Complete Local Domestic Claim Form
  3. Include all original itemized bills, statements, receipts and invoices for services and supplies
